Wonder Woman 2 Filming Likely Cause Of Street Closures
Lights, camera, action! Filming for Wonder Woman 2 will take place in Georgetown Wednesday and Thursday, causing road closures.
GEORGETOWN, DC — Lights, camera, action! A movie filming will take place in Georgetown Wednesday and Thursday, and will involve road closures throughout the day. Neither Patch nor DC Police can confirm what movie is being filmed, but many people on Twitter say it's Wonder Woman 2.
Wisconsin Ave NW will be closed from M Street to K Street from 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Wednesday.
On Thursday, intermittent road closures will take place on Wisconsin Avenue NW from M Street to P Street from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

A Twitter user asked the DC Police Traffic account what the movie is, and they responded: "I can't confirm anything but I hear it's about a 'Woman.' I Wonder who it could be.'
