DUI Sweeps Underway In NW Miami-Dade
Miami-Dade police will be stopping cars until 4 a.m. on Saturday.on Sunday morning.
MIAMI, FL — Miami-Dade police will be stopping cars from Saturday night to Sunday morning in rolling DUI sweeps from 8 p.m. to 4 a.m. in northwest Miami-Dade.
Detective Argemis Colome of the Miami-Dade Police Department told Patch that officers will focus on the area along NW 67 Avenue and NW 37 Avenue.
The special enforcement will be conducted by the Miami-Dade Police Department's Motorcycle Unit under a Florida Department of Transportation grant initiative.
