Casa Fresca Purchases Infill Property For Affordable Riverview Homes

These newly acquired infill lots will become the Bell Creek Landing community with 40-foot lots for 65 single-family homes.

RIVERVIEW, FL — Casa Fresca Homes, a subsidiary of Homes by West Bay, has acquired more than 20 acres of land for the development of 65 lots in Riverview community, to build affordable entry-level homes.

These newly acquired infill lots will become the Bell Creek Landing community with 40-foot lots for single-family homes located near Balm-Riverview Road, Boyette Road and Riverview High School. Sales are expected to begin in the fall of 2023.

“Our latest acquisition is great because there is already shopping, dining and schools, including day care, in close proximity,” said Mark Metheny, president of Casa Fresca Homes. “We’re excited to get started on what will be a vibrant Casa Fresca community.”

Recently, Casa Fresca Homes, which is experiencing 25 percent annual growth, launched two other new home phases in Lakeland’s Riverstone and Riverview’s Triple Creek communities.

Pinnacle Point in Winter Haven in Crosswind Point in Parrish have also recently opened for sales, while Pasadena Point in Wesley Chapel and Waterset in Apollo Beach are both slated to begin sales soon.
