Man Charged With 1st Degree Murder Arrested In Riverview: Police
A suspect who is accused of killing two victims in Tampa after Christmas faces multiple charges after police arrested him in Riverview.
BLOOMINGDALE — RIVERVIEW, FL — A 22-year-old man who allegedly killed two victims Dec. 26 in Tampa was arrested on first degree murder charges Monday in Riverview, a Tampa Police Department news release said.
Authorities saw the suspect, Livonte Howard, go inside a house, 10319 Hunters Haven Blvd, Monday afternoon. Police demanded the suspect leave the house with his hands up, according to investigators.

Howard obeyed officers' commands, and he was arrested on charges of first degree murder, attempted first degree murder and aggravated battery, detectives said.

The shooting occurred in the early morning hours of Dec. 26 at E. Seventh Ave near N. 20th St, police said.
