Man Snatches Purse From Shopping Cart At Sun City Center Publix

SUN CITY CENTER, FL - A man snatched a purse from a shopping cart and removed about $100 while the customer was shopping at the Kings Crossing Publix, deputies said. The incident occurred at 10:33 a.m. on Oct. 28. The man fled the store, 4854 Sun City Center Blvd. and was seen driving a white four-door car. Deputies do not know the model or make of the car.

The suspect was described as a white male, about 5-foot, 8 inches tall, 170 pounds with black hair and a bald spot. He was last seen wearing a blue T-shirt with gray sweatpants and black prescription glasses.
