HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FL — Hillsborough County Department of Health has a new COVID-19 vaccine registration method in place for its second week of vaccinations.
During the first week of registration, thousands of residents were frustrated as the health department's online system and phone services crashed due to the overwhelming number of people trying to gain access.
Appointments will be scheduled online by CDR HealthPro portal and by phone starting Tues., Jan. 12. Residents 65 and older can only make their appointments during the designated timeframe specific to their age group. Health officials recommend that you create an account through portal before your registration time frame to make the process easier.
