South Brandon Worship Celebrates 25th Anniversary with Family Fun Fest

The event Saturday, March 30 will include a classic car and bike show, an Easter egg hunt, food and games.

The community is invited to help South Brandon Worship Center celebrate 25 years in the community at a Family Fun Fest Saturday, March 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the church, 4929 Bell Shoals Rd., Valrico.

The event will include a classic car and bike show, outdoor concert, two Easter egg hunts, three bounce houses, face painting, balloon twisting, and arts and crafts. Food vendors will be on hand and will charge a minimal price for food.

"This is our way of saying 'thank you' to the community," said the Rev. Len Harper. "The goal is to let our community know that we are here for them. We are a community church that desires to meet the needs of the community."

Harper noted that the church has partnered with Shoresh David Messianic Synagogue to offer the Family Fun Fest.

In addition, the church and synagogue offer free classes on Tuesday nights including resume writing, job search, financial counseling/debt reduction, starting your own business from home, computer skills, parenting, marriage, health and protecting your family and home.
