Lockdown Lifted At Brandon High School: No Weapon Found

Update: The lockdown at Brandon High School was lifted about 2:15 p.m. No weapon was found.

BRANDON, FL - Brandon High School is on lockdown after reports from a student that they saw another student flash a gun, according to the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office.

Deputies are on the school's campus searching for a weapon as a precaution. No weapon has been found as of 1: 20 p.m. Students must stay on campus until the sheriff's office completes its search.
