A man who worked as an after-school care aid at Ruskin Elementary has been arrested on molestation and battery charges.

RUSKIN, FL – An 18-year-old man faces criminal charges after Hillsborough County deputies say he inappropriately touched a young girl.
According to the agency, Javier Maza Morales of Ruskin is accused of intentionally touching a 10-year-old girl in an inappropriate manner against her will.
“During the time of the incidents, Maza Morales worked as an aid for Redlands Christian Migrant Association at Ruskin Elementary,” an email from the sheriff’s office said. The incidents reportedly occurred between November 2016 and March 2017. Maza Morales provided after-school care at the school, but was not employed by the school district, the email noted.
