Morris Bridge Road Reopens Following Fatal Crash Investigation: Cops
Authorities closed both directions for several hours Monday as deputies investigated a deadly wreck that involved a pedestrian, police said.
THONOTOSASSA, FL — UPDATE: Morris Bridge Road near Tampa Oaks Boulevard has reopened following a fatal wreck investigation that lasted several hours; deputies told Patch.
Law enforcement officials said that both directions of Morris Bridge Road in Thonotosassa were closed as deputies worked to figure out what happened just before a vehicle hit someone just before 6:30 a.m. Monday.
Deputies have not released additional information because they continue investigating the crash.
