Two weeks a month a family support group meets at the First United Methodist Church of Seffner. The meetings are open to caregivers and loved ones of family members suffering from terminal diseases, substance abuse or physical, mental and emotional illness. The group believes in "open hearts, open doors and open minds," and "no one will be turned away or judged." December's second meeting is scheduled for Dec. 22.
