Women That Win Wellness Workshop

Jump start your fitness program in time for those New Year's resolutions. Topics covered include the benefits of a workout program that includes strength training, tips for working workout into your daily schedule, proper workout techniques and how food choices can increase energy and help you lose weight. The two-hour session begins at 10am and again at 1 pm. Instructor: Deb Peters, personal trainer and lifestyle coach, whose mission is "helping moms and their families get fit."
