Lithia Drivers Being Diverted Off County Road 39 For Fatal Crash Investigation Friday
Drivers who usually take County Road 39 for their commute will have to seek an alternate route as cops investigate a deadly crash in Lithia.
LITHIA, FL — Drivers in the Lithia area will likely experience delays Friday morning as they take County Road 39 alternate routes as deputies investigate a fatal crash in that area, a Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office tweet said.
According to authorities, CR-39 northbound traffic is being redirected, and traffic on southbound CR-39 is shutdown , and traffic is being diverted at Thompson Road.
Two people were killed in the crash, police said.
