The 2011 Hillsborough County Fair runs through Oct. 16 at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds in the Greater Brandon community of Dover, off State Road 60.

The Hillsborough County Fair, in its 18th year, is under way at the Hillsborough County Fairgrounds in Greater Brandon. The fair is in its fifth full year at its Dover home and "it's the best we ever had," said past fair president George Parker.
