Man, 24, Killed In U.S. 41 ATV Crash
A three-vehicle crash that included an ATV left a 24-year-old Tampa man dead Monday afternoon.

GIBSONTON, FL — A 24-year-old Tampa man was killed in a three-vehicle crash on Monday when the Florida Highway Patrol says the ATV he was driving went into the path of two oncoming vehicles.
According to troopers, Jonathan Souza Barbosa was driving a Suzuki ATV eastbound on Adamsville Road around noon on May 22. As Barbosa’s ATV neared the intersection with U.S. 41, troopers say two other vehicles were heading southbound on U.S. 41. Barbosa failed to stop for the posted sign at the intersection and drove into the path of a Jeep Wrangler driven by Arylexis Roa-Ramos, 21, of Apollo Beach and a Hyundai Sonata driven by Anthony Thomas Murri, 75, of Valrico.
Troopers say the Jeep struck the ATV, ejecting Barbosa and his passenger, Isabella Pascale, 18, of Tampa. The Sonata then struck Barbosa, who was pronounced dead at the scene, a highway patrol report said.
