Missing Endangered Adult Alert Issued For Seffner Teen
The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office on Sept. 8 issued a plea for help in finding Joshua Cook, 18, of Seffner, who is reported to have developmental learning issues. He was reportedly last seen at a truck stop in Seffner on Sept. 7.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a missing endangered adult from the Greater Brandon area of Seffner.
Joshua Cook, 18, was last seen at the TA truck stop at 11706 Tampa Gateway Blvd. in Seffner, where he was observed by a private security person at around 10:45 p.m. on Saturday, Sept. 7, according to the sheriff's report.

Cook, of 6626 Stark Road, was reported missing from the Human Development Center, where he resides, on Saturday at around 9:40 p.m. Cook reportedly had left a previous residential program and was then found in Fort Myers, where his family resides.
According to the report, "Cook has developmental learning issues and has no cell phone or money on him."

Cook is described as a white male, 5-foot-9, 170 pounds, thin- to medium-build, with blonde hair and brown eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt, blue jeans and white sneakers.
