Mobile Mammography Bus Scheduled For Stops At Valrico, Riverview YMCA
Advent Health's Mobile Mammography bus is scheduled to give women 3D screenings for two dates in June.
VALRICO, FL — Advent Health's Mobile Mammography bus will be coming to a YMCA near you providing 3D screenings for the community.
One in eight women will be diagnosed with cancer in their lifetime, an Advent Health news release said.
According to the news release, mammograms are typically covered 100 percent by health insurance, and women 40 years of age and older do not need a prescription to schedule a screening.

The YMCA stops are through a partnership between Advent Health and the Tampa Metropolitan Area YMCA.
Screenings will be provided two dates in June at the following locations:

Tuesday, June 7: Spurlino Family YMCA at Big Bend Road, 9650 Old Big Bend Road, Riverview, 8:30 - 11:30 a.m.
Tuesday, June 7: Campo Family YMCA, 3414 Culbreath Rd., Valrico, 1 - 3 p.m.
Monday, June 20: South Tampa Family YMCA, 4411 S. Himes Ave., Tampa, 8:30 - 12:30 p.m.
