Selmon Expressway Veterans Day 2016 Schedule Announced
The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority has released Veterans Day 2016 hours for the Selmon Expressway's reversible lanes.
TAMPA, FL — Tampa Bay area motorists who use the Lee Roy Selmon Expressway to get around may want to make note of its planned hours for the upcoming Veterans Day holiday. The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority has released the schedule for the Reversible Express Lanes during the upcoming three-day weekend.
According to the authority, the lanes will operate on their normal schedule starting at 6 a.m. Nov. 11 with all traffic moving westbound. At 10 a.m. on Nov. 11, the lanes will reverse eastbound to route traffic from the downtown area into Brandon. The eastbound direction will remain in place until the morning of Monday, Nov. 14.
Motorists are asked to remember that the hours of operation on the reversible lanes may change without notice due to maintenance work and construction.
