Smokey Bones Seeks 'Dadisms' for Gift Card Contest

Post your favorite "Dadism" in time for Father's Day and Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill might just select yours for a gift-card prize. Here's the rules, and a sampling of the competition.

In time for Father’s Day, the “Dadism Giveaway” is under way at the Smokey Bones Bar & Fire Grill in Brandon, where posting your father’s best advice, or pearls of wisdom, is all it takes to win a $100 gift card.

Of course, you’ll have to beat out the competition, which comes in the form of everybody’s best dad’s advice — “and by ‘dadism’ we mean a bit of advice or some guidelines for life, so long as it sounds like it could be one of our ‘Boneisms,’ ” notes the contest’s Facebook announcement.
