Suspect Identified In Brandon Westfield Mall Shooting, 1 Injured: Cops
Deputies with the Hillsborough Sheriff's Office are asking the public's help locating an accused suspect in a Brandon shooting Friday.

BRANDON, FL — Deputies identified a 19-year-old male as the accused suspect in a shooting during an argument outside Westfield Brandon Mall, a Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office news release said.
Quran Deandre Johnson faces charges of attempted second-degree murder, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, and simple battery, deputies said.
Johnson and another man got into an argument inside the mall Friday just before 5:30 p.m., deputies said.

They then took the argument outside near the food court entrance where things intensified, deputies said.
Johnson is accused of then shooting the victim, deputies said.

According to detectives, Johnson is 6-feet-2 inches, weighs 180 pounds and has a thin build.
The victim had non-life-threatening injuries and took himself to a local hospital, deputies said.
