Armed Robber Accused Of Making Getaway On Minibike Arrested: Sheriff
Hillsborough County detectives have arrested a man in connection with Monday's robbery of a TD Bank in Carrollwood.

CARROLLWOOD, FL — The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office has made an arrest in connection with Monday's robbery of a TD Bank in Carrollwood in which the robber fled on a minibike.
According to the sheriff's office, at 9:06 a.m. a man who was possibly armed with a gun entered the TD Bank at 10821 N. Dale Mabry Highway, jumped the teller window and demanded money. He left the bank with an undisclosed amount of money and rode away on a motorized minibike.
"This was clearly a planned robbery where the criminal used speed and fear to coerce employees at the bank to hand over money, and leave them in a state of shock," said Sheriff Chad Chronister immediately following the robbery.
