CARROLLWOOD, FL — Crikey! A bit of the Australian Outback has come to Carrollwood. And you don't need to take a walkabout to enjoy scratch-made quality burgers, chicken, steaks and more. You can use the drive-thru.

Inspired by the bold flavors of Outback Steakhouse, Aussie Grill has opened at 14777 N Dale Mabry Highway, redefining fast-casual dining with a chef-driven menu.

Where else can you get a perfectly cooked steak in under 5 minutes from a drive-thru?

Part of the Bloomin’ Brands Inc. global portfolio of award-winning restaurant concepts, Aussie Grill first opened internationally in January 2019 and has expanded to include several U.S. locations.

In addition to center-cut sirloin steaks and burgers, Aussie Grill offers crispy shrimp po' boys, barbecue brisket sandwiches, grilled chicken, crispy Cajun shrimp, cheese fries, onion rings and salads.

The new free-standing location with drive-thru service opened on Monday and will be open for daily dine-in, drive-thru, online ordering and pick-up from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Click here.
