SoFresh Opening Carrollwood Location This Fall

SoFresh, a Tampa-based restaurant concept that features chef-crafted bowls, wraps, and salads, is planning a new location in Carrollwood with a Fall 2020 projected opening according to John Williams Jr., SoFresh Founder and Vice-President of Operations.

“We are excited to bring SoFresh to Carrollwood and Lakeland with our flavorful and nutritious meals,” says Williams Jr.

“Both markets have been on our radar for quite some time. We’re glad that we have been able to secure great locations and great franchise partners.”

The new Carrollwood location will be located at 14398 North Dale Mabry in the Shoppes of Carrollwood joining 4 Rivers, Five Guys, and Starbucks. It will be operated by Jay Patel, a graduate of the University of South Florida. Patel has spent the last five years managing his family’s portfolio of hotels.

Other locations are planned in the Westshore District and in Lakeland. SoFresh currently has 12 locations open and is committed to opening more throughout Florida and Pennsylvania with several other locations currently in development. The franchise was founded in 2013.
