The Yard Introduces Its Over-The-Top Milkshakes To Carrollwood
Wait until you see what's in The Yard Milkshake Bar's Chompa Bay Crunch, introduced for the opening of the Carrollwood shop.

CARROLLWOOD, FL — “Doughnut Touch my Coffees and Cream,” “Mint Green Monster” and “Cookie Butter Me Up” are just three of the many concoctions on the menu at The Yard Milkshake Bar, which opened this month at Regency’s Village Center at 13168 N. Dale Mabry Highway. in Carrollwood.
Created by Logan and Chelsea Green — an entrepreneurial husband-and-wife team with a background in the ice cream business — The Yard opened its doors in 2017 in the duo’s hometown of Gulf Shores, Alabama. Today, the business offers franchising opportunities, with more than 19 locations nationwide and counting.
As seen on Shark Tank in 2019, The Yard is known for its larger-than-life milkshake concoctions, ice cream, edible cookie dough and ice cream cakes and more. The shakes — which are customizable with dozens of ice cream flavors and toppings — are served in branded, souvenir mason jars.

The Carrollwood shop, which opened Oct. 9, is the third Florida location for The Yard. Shops are also located in Destin and Panama City Beach.
To celebrate the first Tampa location, The Yard introduced the Chompa Bay Crunch, which includes cappuccino crunch ice cream inside a Nutella-iced jar that's rolled in graham cracker crumbs then topped with whipped cream and a Nutella brownie cookie sandwich.

Halloween specials include The Beetlejuice, complete with candy eyeballs and a cookie dough gravestone; and the Hocus Pocus made with Heavenly Hazelnut ice cream with purple marshmallow drizzle in a Nutella iced jar and rolled in "broken broomstick" pretzels, then topped with a spellbook brownie, pumpkin cookie dough scoop, purple, orange and green whipped cream and Halloween sprinkles.
"The Yard will make a fantastic addition to the Carrollwood neighborhood as a Shark Tank concept with a cult-like following,” said Regency senior leasing agent Marc Elias. “As we strive to continue to bring a fresh look to our shopping centers, working with the best businesses in their respective sectors, we’re excited that The Yard landed at Village Center.
The Yard joins existing Village Center businesses Publix, Publix Liquors, Walgreens, Clean Juice, The Melting Pot, Bonefish Grill, Panera Bread and Club Pilates.
