A 16-year-old boy is in Bayfront Health St. Petersburg with serious injuries after being struck by an SUV while riding a motorized scooter.
CLEARWATER, FL — A 16-year-old boy is in Bayfront Health St. Petersburg with serious injuries after being struck by an SUV while riding his motorized scooter.
Clearwater police and Clearwater Fire & Rescue responded to a traffic crash Monday at 5:33 p.m. at Seminole Street and Pennsylvania Avenue.
According to police, the boy was riding the motor scooter when he collided at the intersection with a Chevrolet Equinox.
