Aventon Breaks Ground On Large Clearwater Apartment Development

CLEARWATER, FL — Aventon Companies has begun development on its latest apartment community on a 22-acre site in Clearwater, north of U.S. 19.

The location of the former Southern Comfort mobile home park at 24479 U.S. 19 N., the 396-unit apartment community is being developed through a joint venture with Maryland-based private equity firm, FCP.

Aventon Clearwater will consist of 10 garden-style buildings, offering one-, two- and three-bedroom floor plans ranging in size from 752 square feet to 1,488 square feet.

More than 8,000 square feet of covered amenity space includes a state-of-the-art fitness center and yoga studio, coffee bar, pet spa and poolside lounge.

Among the outdoor spaces, residents will find a private resort-style pool, cabanas and day beds, hammock garden, outdoor kitchen, walking trails and a dog park.

Additionally, in an era of remote work, on-site offices and associated communication spaces along with automated package delivery simultaneously mix work and play are offered.

Aventon Clearwater’s buildings will be designed by Scott + Cormia Architects of Orlando while the interiors will be designed by Beasley & Henley Interior Design of Winter Park.

The project will be completed in the summer of 2023.
