As part of the American Experience Traveling Exhibit’s first-ever visit to Pinellas County, the Clearwater Historical Society Museum & Cultural Center is proud to continue its Speaker Series with a fascinating presentation by Col. Dwight McEntire, USAF (Ret.).
Col. McEntire will deliver an engaging talk on “Uniforms of the American Revolution,” exploring how clothing, insignia, and military dress reflected the identity, challenges, and evolving structure of the Continental Army. From the practical realities of supply shortages to the symbolism woven into early American military attire, his presentation brings new depth to the stories behind the uniforms that helped shape a nation.
