CLEARWATER, FL — A beach-to-bay retreat at 1150 Mandalay Point in Clearwater has just closed for $10,500,000 – marking the highest-priced, single-family home sale in Pinellas County in 2021.

Leslie Gerlach, of The Thorn Collection, represented the record-setting sale. The property went under contract in one day. The Thorn Collection is affiliated with Coldwell Banker Realty in Florida.

The luxury residence, featuring four bedrooms and five full bathrooms, was built in 1949 and has been meticulously maintained. A spacious pool deck offers sunset views over the gulf and a private boat dock.

In 2019, Gerlach, who has nearly 30 years of experience in local real estate, sold three homes in Mandalay Point for $9 million, $9.25 million, and $11 million.
