Fire at Clearwater Home Under Investigation
The homeowner was treated for smoke inhalation at the scene, officials said.

Detectives are investigating the cause of a fire at a home in unincorporated Clearwater early Thursday morning.
Authorities responded to the fire in the 2100 block of Cypress Point Drive North around 6:40 a.m. Thursday. The blaze was in the garage area of the home, officials said.
Homeowner Michael Branin, 60, was treated for smoke inhalation at the scene, according to a Pinellas County Sheriff's Office spokesperson.
Detectives with the sheriff's Arson and Auto Theft Division are investigating the fire's cause.
