83-Year-Old Drove Through Wall Of FL Home
An 83-year-old man said his foot slipped and hit the gas, sending him through the wall of a Clearwater home, police said.
CLEARWATER, FL — An 83-year-old man drove through a home in the 2900 block of Heather Trail on Wednesday afternoon, Clearwater police wrote in a Facebook post.
The driver said his foot slipped from the brake to the gas while he was in the garage before he partially drove through a wall at the house.
He only suffered a minor cut to his hand and didn’t need to be brought to the hospital, police said.
