Pickpocket Caught On Camera At Whole Foods: Police
The Clearwater police need your help in finding man who stole woman's wallet at Whole Foods grocery store at Westfield Countryside.
CLEARWATER, FL — The Clearwater Police Department released a video Wednesday of a man stealing a wallet from a woman's purse at a Whole Foods grocery store. The police are asking the public for tips to find the unidentified man.
The theft was caught on a surveillance system recently at the Whole Foods at the Westfield Countryside mall, the police said.
On the video, the man can be seen following a woman in the store's produce section.

When she turns her back on her shopping cart to select some produce, he grabs her wallet out of her purse, using his jacket to conceal what he's doing.
He then walks out of the Whole foods. The police say he went to a Best Buy electronics store nearby, "where he tried unsuccessfully to buy thousands of dollars of merchandise."
