RockHouse Live will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony Friday.
"VNUE-owned tech platforms Soundstr and set.fm are a major part of our RockHouse Live plan," Bair said. "We are the first venues in the world that will leverage this technology on a corporate and global level to share this instant live music to your mobile device, so music fans can take their perfectly recorded concert with them before leaving the venue; as well as utilizing the Soundstr tech to help ensure songwriters are properly compensated."
Soundstr manages copyrights and royalties for live performances and Set.fm will offer live concerts performed at RockHouse Live to the public to download.
The new Clearwater venue projects $4 million or more in revenues per year at the Clearwater Beach location alone while RockHouse Live International scouts new locations in the U.S. and abroad, Bair said.

New customers enjoy drinks and eclectic menu items.
Bair is known as a pioneer in instant live recording. He's worked with and produced content for major artists over the last 17 years including Slash, Peter Frampton, Alter Bridge, Seether and, most recently, international superstar Rob Thomas.
Weaver brings hands-on experience from the iconic Hard Rock Café, which grew under his leadership from a $750,000 business to a multi-unit $200 million enterprise.
As a recording artist himself, Bair started VNUE to ensure that artists, labels, writers and publishers in the industry would be able to monetize live music.
With that in mind, VNUE pioneered the instant content distribution platform set.fm, the exclusive license partner and "instant live" network DiscLive and the groundbreaking Soundstr music recognition technology platform that protects the rights of artists and writers.
Bair said he couldn't think of a better way to highlight the benefits of the VNUE tech than at hybrid live and virtual entertainment-themed restaurant, venue and bar, "offering live music, entertainment, great food, awesome drinks and instant live recordings."
RockHouse Live Clearwater Beach will feature extensive indoor and outdoor seating, an indoor/outdoor bar, air curtains and nightly live music by local, regional and national artists.
