Teriyaki Madness Opens 2nd Clearwater Restaurant
The Seattle-style Asian fusion teriyaki shop franchise offers satisfying, fully customizable teriyaki bowls.

TAMPA, FL — Teriyaki Madness, the Seattle-style Asian fusion teriyaki shop franchise with locations all over the country, is now open at a second Clearwater location. Mike Gaspar of LFG Restaurant Group has opened the newest Teriyaki Madness shop at 2657 Ulmerton Road in Clearwater.
Gaspar’s Teriyaki Madness location offers satisfying, fully customizable teriyaki bowls filled with flavors and high-quality ingredients like all-natural marinated chicken, steak, salmon or tofu with fresh, stir-fried veggies and a base of steamed white, brown or fried rice or Yakisoba noodles.
After a successful position as a franchisee coach for the corporate team at Teriyaki Madness, Gaspar is continuing his connection with the brand. Gaspar has been in the restaurant industry for more than 13 years and has experience with brands such as the Walt Disney Co. and Dunkin’ Donuts.

As the vice president of operations for LFG Restaurant Group, Gaspar is responsible for all shop operations within the 20-unit development agreement that the group signed for the Tampa region earlier this year.
The LFG Restaurant Group is also acquiring four additional Teriyaki Madness locations in the Phoenix, Arizona, area.

Teriyaki Madness is expanding rapidly in markets across the U.S. and was named the No. 1Fastest Growing Big Restaurant Chain in 2021 by Restaurant Business,with almost 140 locations open by the end of this year.

Teriyaki Madness offers made-to-order, healthy bowls, appetizers and sides prepared with fresh, all-natural ingredients and served quickly and at a reasonable price.
Customizable bowls include chicken teriyaki, chicken breast teriyaki, spicy chicken, orange chicken, steak teriyaki, salmon teriyaki, spicy tofu teriyaki, chicken katsu, yakisoba and style.
Appetizers include edamame, chicken eggrolls, chicken potstickers and crab rangoon. And sides include stir-fried veggies, brown rice, white rice, fried rice and noodles.
Guests can enjoy their bowls in the shop, or order through the mobile app for delivery or curbside pickup.
Teriyaki Madness is also located at 23894 U.S. 19 N., Suite 30, with another scheduled to open soon in Pinellas Park.
Teriyaki Madness was ranked on Entrepreneur’s Top Food Franchises, FastCasual’s Movers and Shakers in 2018 through 2021, the Inc. 5000 list for six straight years, and was named the Fastest-Growing Big Restaurant Chain in the United States by Restaurant Business in 2021.
