Miami-Dade Cops Ready To Charge You

Under normal circumstances, no one wants to get charged by Miami-Dade police. But that may no longer be the case

"We never want you stranded with a dead phone battery, unable to call for help or a ride," Miami-Dade police said in announcing the initiative.
