5) On Thursday, city leaders will discuss an agreement with Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor and Oldsmar that would allow Dunedin residents to partake in certain recreational programs or use those cities' facilities at resident rates. Likewise, residents of those cities could use Dunedin recreation programs and facilties at resident rates (as opposed to non-resident rates). Leaders believe this would help folks who may work in a neighboring city and have trouble rushing back home in time for classes or programs they might otherwise take if they were more convenient.Â
