Last day for the Cancer Crushers' bake sale! Also, here are a couple of things city leaders are talking about at City Hall tonight.

1) What's the weather outlook? Prepare for a chance of thunderstorms or showers starting between noon and 2 p.m. today. Otherwise, it should be partly sunny, with a high near 84 and gusty winds. Tonight thunderstorms are more likely. The low is 71, according to the National Weather Service.

2) Need a cheap fill-up? The lowest reported gas price in Dunedin is $3.81 (cash, regular) at the , 1001 Broadway, on TampaGasPrices.com.

3) Swing by the  OR the  between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. today, and purchase some special Easter baked goods from the Dunedin Cancer Crushers. All funds go to the local chapter of the American Cancer Society. They have been at it for two days, and could use some support.

4) What's in the water comes up again at tonight. Officials are looking at purchasing another year's worth (13,750 pounds) of potassium permanganate, a chemical that removes iron from raw water, for the City's Water Treatment Plant.

5) City leaders are also looking at funding a field survey for the future reconstruction of Norfolk Street at tonight's city meeting (6:30 p.m.). City staff warns: "Road reconstruction will result in the removal of trees from the rightof-way and the loss of some usable frontage for homeowners on both sides of the street."
