On tap for today? The city is looking for a last push toward a 1,000-pound goal, a Dunedin organist reaches a big milestone and the holiday brews are flowing for dogs rescued locally.

1) What to wear? Expect mostly sunny skies with a high near 76. Temperatures should dip to 60 tonight, according to the National Weather Service.
2) Need to fill up on the cheap? The lowest reported gas price in Dunedin is $3.15 at both the (cash, regular), 1001 Broadway, and , 1621 Main St., on TampaGasPrices.com.
3) The city is about 400 pounds shy of its 1,000-pound goal for non-perishable food donation, so keep those toys and food donations coming! Drop-offs are welcome at between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. (The city announced on its Facebook page that it dropped off 600 pounds at the Society of St. Vincent de Paul food pantry on Dec. 14.)

And with news that rescue is in veterinary care after being struck by a car Tuesday, DDR couldn't showcase a more perfect example of how the fundraiser helps to save dogs. At least 35 holiday-themed ales will be ready for your tasting pleasure.
