Things We Hope You Didn't Miss
OK, so you had a busy week. We understand. Let us catch you up on all the highlights!

1. Dunedin broke ground on a housing development that takes energy-efficiency to a whole new level. The housing development is going to feature state-of-the-art solar and green technology that should bring residents' utility bills to $0. All that, and the price tag is set for regular, working class America. It's being touted as the first such development in the United States. (.)
2. National dating website BeautifulPeople.com created quite a stir this week, which started when they criticized the City of Clearwater for censoring a billboard advertisement supporting gay marriage for political reasons. Problem: Clearwater had nothing to do with it. The owner of the billboard, Clear Channel, censored it because the company didn't get proper rights to use some celebrity likenesses. That's when Patch noticed the billboard, which is right in front of Dunedin's east gateway, happened to be across from a large Catholic church. Beautifulpeople.com says the placement was unintentional. (.)
3. Campaign season in the city should be heating up. Four city candidates qualified this week for a commission seat and mayor. (.)Â
