Ex-Dunedin Teacher Pawns iPad Stolen From School, Cops Say
Investigators say Julia King, a former Dunedin Highland Middle School teacher, pawned the stolen iPad at a local Best Buy.

A former teacher was charged Friday with pawning an iPad that had been stolen from the school.Â
Investigators with the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office say Julia King, 34, sold the iPad for $145 to a local Best Buy in April. Detectives began investigating the case in September 2011 after the device was reported stolen by Pinellas County Schools.
King, who has a Naples address, was arrested at a home in Palm Harbor around 2:20 p.m. Friday and taken to the Pinellas County Jail without further incident, deputies said.
