It's almost time for spring break and spring training again, and Patch brings you a list of five great places to stay in town.

With another spring break season right around the corner, the Tampa Bay area will soon be flooded with college students, vacationing families, baseball fans and all sorts of people who just want to get away.

1. . It's easy to forget the cold climate you came from at this picturesque waterfront resort, located off Bayshore Boulevard alongside St. Joseph's Sound. The complex, made up of one- and two-bedroom condos, offers a pool, tiki bar, easy access to Caladesi Island and a surefire remedy for the winter blahs.

Each of the nine efficiency units has its own kitchen, and the family-owned establishment is a short distance away from downtown, the Pinellas Trail, Caladesi and Honneymoon islands and two quality golf courses.

No problem; the Dunedin RV Resort has everything a road warrior could need, including on-site laundry facilities, bath houses, a small store and even free WiFi.
