Get plugged into your community.

1) Weather? Expect mostly sunny skies, with a high near 92, but it'll feel as hot as 103. If you're going to the at 10 a.m., you shouldn't have to worry much about rain. The National Weather Service doesn't think it'll be a worry until after 1 p.m.

2) Need to fill up on the cheap? Lowest reported gas price (cash, regular) is $3.53 at Super Shop, 1001 Broadway, on TampaGasPrices.com.

3) Today is International Beer Day! It's a day dedicated to craft beer appreciation. With our hometown hand-crafted beer specialists at Dunedin Brewery and 40 taps of carefully selected brews at the Dunedin House of Beer, we think Dunedin has it covered.

4) Mease Manor may get a new addition. Commissioners saw plans for a site Thursday night that would allow for its administrative offices to be moved under one roof.

5) The program is still accepting participants. Young football players and cheerleaders can still sign up. Games don't start for another few weeks. Visit the website for details.
