3) A city official announced that restroom facilities were recently installed at Weaver Park. Also, pavers and an expanded bike rack were installed along Pinellas Trail near Cafe Alfresco.

4) A resident told commissioners Thursday that the "violated" his liberties. Mayor Dave Eggers said that the commissioners would re-evaluate the permanence of that controversial barrier in a meeting this October, pending data from school traffic stats.
5) Commissioner Julie Ward Bujalski told Pinellas County Transit Authority officials on Thursday that would be better off using trams for transporting fans to and from the stadium during Spring Training. She said it would be more financially prudent than actually including a trolley stop there. She said Jolley Trolley reps agreed to look into it.
