Plan ahead for the Holiday Boat Parade and Tree-Lighting ceremony tomorrow, and other wintry stuff you'll want to know about your favorite little city.

3) Those of you running in the Phinely Holiday Twilight 10K or 5K have until noon today to let organizers know the name of a loved one you've lost to suicide or depression. The names will be scrolled on the JumboTron at Bright House Field during the National Anthem (3:55 p.m.). 5) Piper alert! The City of Dunedin Pipe Band is putting on a at (1:30 to 2:30 p.m.). It's a fine opportunity to see this competitive, award-winning band perform. (Side note: The group is trying to raise money for travel to Glasgow, Scotland, so it can participate in the World Pipe Band Championships. Go get 'em!)
