1) Expect sunny skies, with a high near 72. Wind gusts will likely get as high as 21 mph, though, according to the National Weather Service.
2) All city government offices are closed today and tomorrow (Nov. 25). Because of the closings, solid waste usually picked up on Thursdays will be collected on Friday (Nov. 25). Trash usually picked up on Fridays will be collected Saturday (Nov. 26).
3) If you're gearing up for Black Friday, think about shopping at the Homeless Emergency Project Thrift Store. The store has a Black Friday Sale tomorrow and Saturday. Get $10 off any purchase of $25 or more.Â

4) Eat guilt-free this Thanksgiving. Sign up for the Phinley Holiday Twilight 10K or 5K set for Dec. 3 at 5 p.m. The race is at Bright House Field and it's set at Black Friday prices: only $10. Register online by Dec. 2.
5) A quick reminder that Tuesday, Nov. 29, officials will make a decision on the issue after a special meeting at . The public meeting starts at 6 p.m.
