Gas Leak Forces Dunedin Road Closings
Motorists are being asked to avoid a few roads following a Thursday afternoon gas leak in Dunedin.
DUNEDIN, FL — Motorists who used State Road 580 in the area of Patricia Avenue to get around are being asked to find different routes Thursday afternoon.
According to the Dunedin Fire Department, a gas leak has closed the road in both directions at the intersection with Patricia. As emergency crews work in the area, they have also closed Patricia Avenue at the intersection, an email from the fire department said.

Clearwater Gas is reportedly on the way to repair the line.
