Brooker Creek Exhibit Hall Closing

Tampa Bay Newspapers reports that East Lake's Brooker Creek will face a spring cleaning of sorts throughout the next week or so.

The report stated that after a flood from a broken water line, the preserve's Education Center Exhibit Hall needs to be cleaned up.

Evaluations could take another week or so and the center will be closed until Wednesday, April 17. 

According to the report, the classroom and bathroom area were not damaged in the incident. Regularly scheduled tours and activities will stay on track.
