City Of Oldsmar Invites Residents To Take Public Art Survey

OLDSMAR, FL — Oldsmar has announced plans to commission a public art installation at the Oldsmar Sports Complex.

Public art not only establishes and beautifies public spaces, but it also expresses and supports a sense of history, culture and identity, and helps drive economic vitality.

As public art can take a variety of forms — applied, sculpture, interactive, integrated, incorporated, kinetic and lighting installations — the city would like residents' input on the type of installation they'd prefer.

Residents are asked to review seven types of public art and select one style.
