- Thomas Phillips, 45, 4:00 p.m., DUI .15 or above, sentenced.
- Jason Roggenbuck, 31, felony false verification of ownership, $2,000 bond.
- Christopher Templeton, 24, 1:06 p.m., DUI, sentenced.
