• Thomas Phillips, 45, 4:00 p.m., DUI .15 or above, sentenced.
• Jason Roggenbuck, 31, felony false verification of ownership, $2,000 bond.
• Christopher Templeton, 24, 1:06 p.m., DUI, sentenced.

• Melissa Lopez, 31, felony obtaining property in return for a worthless check, $1,500 bond.

• William Mclemore, 46, 1:35 a.m. two count violation injunction protection from domestic violence, simple battery, $3,000 bond.
• Shilo Lynn Parisen, 39, 9:59 p.m., domestic battery, released on own recognizance.
• Desiree Scherf, 25, 1:20 p.m., DUI, released on own recognizance.
• Hollie Zak, 28, 1:49 p.m., felony petit theft (two prior arrests), $2,000 bond.
