The National Weather Service is predicting a high Wednesday near 59 degrees. Wind gusts are anticipated to be as high as 20 miles-per-hour which could make you feel even colder. The wind chill is expected to be as low as 38 early in the day.Â
Visitors to East Lake's John Chesnut Park bundled up in coats Tuesday. Some even wore mittens while walking their dogs.
