Domestic Partnership Registry: The Gulfport City Council voted 4-1 to pass the domestic partnership registry during first reading during last night's regular meeting. Gulfport Teen Council: The Gulfport Teen Council recently placed second place in the Florida League of Cities' Municipal Youth Council Video Competition. The council won $500 and will be recognized at the League's annual conference in August. Check out the winning video on the Florida League of Cities website.
School Board Workshop: The Pinellas County School Board is holding a special workshop to hear public input on the board’s search for the next school superintendent. The workshop is from 6 - 8 p.m. at the Conference Hall, Administration Building at 301 4th St. SW, Largo.
